A lesson in sales from my daughter a super selling Girl Scout cookie seller. We talk about how Addison set goals, achieved them and what lessons you can learn.

 

# 1 Have a Goal

Be specific with your goals. Know what you are working towards. This will help you stay motivated and on track throughout the year! My daughter had a goal of selling 2,000 boxes of cookies last year and exceeded her goal by 200 boxes!

 

# 2 Make Tactical Sales Plans

Addison used not only Video content and Email blasts but, this year she added a drive through “Lemonade Stand” set up at our DeStress Express location.

Now is a perfect time to plan out your marketing for 2022. There should never be a month you don’t have a set marketing plan to take action on!

 

# 3 Upselling

Girl Scout cookie boxes are $4 each.

Or you can get 5 for $20. Now if you do the math you’ll know that isn’t much of a discount. But, I can’t tell you how many times she was able to upsell using this package deal!

The sales lesson? In your spa business your packages don’t have to be at a huge discount. They just need to be appealing and convenient for your clients!
